Neville is no stranger to end of season

 We had a great season last year when we finished fourth.In the past when we have had a good season we have followed it upwith a disappointing one, so I think the manager is looking for abit of consistency so if we can finish in the top ten. Hopefully seventh and eighth is the finish we are lookingat now, if we can play to our potential, and that would be classedas another successful season for this club.
